What are the main physical performance tests that need to be tested for luggage exports to European and American countries?
1. Static Load Test
Simulate a luggage under high load bearing conditions. When it is still suspended in the air, test the strength of the handle or shoulder strap of the luggage.

2. Material Physical Performance Test
Fabric weight, friction/light fastness of fabric and leather, seam fastness of lock/zipper/handle/shoulder strap.

3. Wheel / Handle Test
Simulate the strength and durability of the wheels and handles of the luggage under normal load.

4. Drop Test
Under normal circumstances, the simulated luggage falls freely at a certain height several times, and then the appearance and damage of the luggage are inspected.

5. Luggage Accessories Test
Embroidery resistance of metal parts, durability test of zipper opening/closing, durability test of lock opening/closing, shear force/tear force/durability of velcro.

6. Durability test on Draw-bar
Simulate the fatigue resistance of the pull rod during lifting and lowering.

7. Whole luggage structure stability test.
